Use Tables Worksheet
Editable use-by-district matrix for the RMX / CMX / IMX / SP district families. Each cell is the proposed permission level (P, C, A, N, TBD); cells carry inheritance from the district family default; drafting notes attach to each use.

Editable form-and-dimensional values per district — height, setbacks, lot coverage, frontage requirements — calibrated separately for primary-grid and secondary-grid frontages.
