Chapter 2 — Use Tables Worksheet

A worksheet for setting permitted / conditional / not-permitted calls across the four proposed zoning district families. Each cell starts at the current code, extrapolated — the green baseline — or at TBD where the district is net-new and there is no current-code call to port. Move a call and the cell shows the change: warmer for more permissive, cooler for more restrictive. The baseline is fixed; only the call is yours to set.

Reading the color — each cell is a diff against the current code Matches current code (baseline) More permissive than current (NP→CUP→P) More restrictive than current (P→CUP→NP) TBD — net-new district, no current-code baseline i Inherited baseline (multiple source districts disagreed; resolved to more restrictive)

The worksheet covers all four district families across all 101 uses in the current land use table. RMX-1 baseline derives from R-1/R-2; RMX-2 from R-3; RMX-3 and RMX-4 from R-4/R-O with TR folding in and R-U informing where R-U-equivalent intensity lives (R-U is retired — its setback relief becomes the citywide townhouse supplemental standard). CMX-1 baseline from B-1; CMX-5 from DT (B-3 absorbed, carries no parcels forward); CMX-2/3/4 are the three-way split of current B-2 and start TBD. IMX-2 from CLM; IMX-3 from M-I; IMX-1 and IMX-4 are net-new and start TBD. OSR / PLI / Airport translate column-for-column from current code. Saving downloads a file containing your name, the date, and every call set across all four tabs; loading restores it.
